I am going to decode one most important and misunderstood fact today. Many a times I have been asked the same question.....



There are many programs and diets out there which claim to be the best in the market. However , what lacks in most of them is the approach behind them . They are FAD --- fast acting diets.


Have you ever thought why You lose weight and it comes back?

Numerous Fitness enthusiasts are keen on trying the latest diet and fads, so that they would be able to shed that extra fat . However , once the diet or that particular fitness regime is over the weight always comes back.
